John Stephens Photography & Video have covered many weddings here at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel which allies closely with the NEC, NEC Arena and National Motorcycle museum.
The Hilton Metropole Hotel can cater for up to 1,500 wedding guests with their huge rooms therefore ideal for large wedding parties such as Afro-Caribbean, Asian and Greek / Cypriot weddings. A licensed venue for wedding ceremonies and out-of-town location accessible from the M42 Birmingham motorway, the A45 dual carriageway connecting Birmingham and Coventry and nearby Solihull via Bickenhill Meriden and Hampton-in-Arden. Grounds are limited, the frontage is distinctive and the commissionaire doorman will add grandeur and occasion, if access to the Colonial suite is available then balcony shots can be taken with the lake view to the Arena in the background giving a 'metropolitan' significance. There is a walk around the side to the lake area, but usually the majority of photographs are taken in doors. Inside decor is good, large marble floors and a good sized swimming pool.
